Add all the items wanted in your cart, and place an order. Then simply send us your email in the message box (if not already asked during info exchange at cart). If selecting PayPal, the transaction is automatically complete. For Email Chat with the Owner, we will contact you shortly after for any guidance or finalizing of the order.
If you plan to return your order, please mail it back to the address it came from (PO Box). Be sure to inform us via email about your return. The products must come back in good shape and form. For the refund, we will pay you back the amount you paid for the order, the same way as you paid when you ordered. You must return your order within 14 days of the order reaching its destination.

When you fill out any form (finalizing orders, reviews, etc.), we promise that your information will never be shared or leaked. When you send us a review, we make sure that our customers' names are kept private unless they allow for it to be published. Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, just email contact@oceandefils.com, describing your order and we will confirm with you about your order to make sure we cancel the correct order. If you have paid already, we will just return the amount back the same way you paid. But if you haven't paid yet, this means you didn't place the order and so just empty the cart.
